This is the first in a five-part webinar series focused on Evidence Based Reading. Participants will become familiar with vocabulary and its importance to adult learners. Participants will gain insight on:
- Selecting words for vocabulary instruction
- Planning vocabulary instruction after an initial assessment
- Teaching vocabulary through explicit instruction.
Come prepared to discuss strategies to incorporate vocabulary instruction into contextualized lesson plans.
